By using the services of Rocque Agents LLC. ("Rocque Agents," "we," "our," or "us"), including our AI voice receptionist platform and SMS notifications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
Rocque Agents provides AI-driven voice and SMS reception services for local businesses. Our platform answers incoming calls, handles appointment scheduling, captures leads, and delivers call summaries and business notifications via SMS to our clients.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of SMS messages you receive depends on your call volume, business activity, and the notification preferences configured in your service agreement.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received through the Rocque Agents platform. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out
Text STOP to cancel.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Rocque Agents at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law. To re-subscribe, contact us directly.
6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Rocque Agents is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by wireless carriers, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of Rocque Agents services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data.
Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during onboarding, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated administrative and marketing text messages from Rocque Agents. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Modifications
Rocque Agents reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
